Rob and Chris decompress after the rally at an oxygen bar in old vegas. They breathed fresh oxygen and were given soothing lotion. Rob complained that it made his nose hole burn.

AKA Ralliers left Salt Lake City and headed out to Las Vegas for the final leg of the 2008 Rally. The Krazy House truck and the Porsche 911 seemed to have over come their over heating issues.
Before the final stop into Vegas. We paused to enjoy speeding through the desert sand dunes in a less conventional fashion.

VEGAS BABY!!!
Ralliers pulled into our final stop in Las Vegas. Chris’s car started to die about 3 miles from the hotel and the Team Aces High 350Z gave up the ghost right before we left the dunes. They still made it to the hotel on a flat bed.

Today took the AKA Rally to one of the most scenic places we have ever seen and along some of the most fabulous roads ever. We were able to drive through the Moab desert on some perfectly paved, windy roads, bordered by gloriously red, towering rock formations, with the Colorado River running alongside.
As usual the Ferrari was waiting for the rest of the group when we got there.
The property we are staying at is pretty cool too. It was the set of many John Wayne movies and it sits right on the edge of the River. It is absoluley beautiful here. We are not entire sure we want to leave tomorrow. After we arrived, we drove up the river, piled into 6 rafts, then floated back down to our hotel, hitting a few rapids along the way. Quite a few people fell were pushed/pulled into the water. One guy flying tackled another off of the boat. Alicia fell victim to a sneak attack by Alex. Bobbi suffered the same fate by the hands of Commander V. Chris, Brandon, John and the ferrari guys all tried their hands at rowing. There were numerous water fights, hostage situations, and a few cases of piracy. It was good fun all around. Afterwards, we sat and had dinner together in what has to be, one of the most scenic restuarants on the planet. This was our view from the open air restaurant.
